Veg-tanned leather is leather that has been tanned using vegetable oil.
How do I care for my leather goods

PROTECT - Avoid Prolonged exposure to sunlight or artificial light if your leather gets wet, dry the area with a soft non-pilling cloth. Care - Use a soft cloth and avoid any products that will damage the leather's finish. Appreciate - Appreciate the natural patina of the leather day after day it reveals a new aspect of the item's beauty. This information is also included in the box with all of our leather products.
Does Sebastian Leather have a storefront I can come into?

No, Sebastian Leather does not have a storefront you can visit. We are an online retailer. However, we do have a list of authorised retailers on our website where you can go to see our products in person.
Is it normal for there to be subtle differences in each product?

Yes, all of our products are hand crafted and hand stitched. There will always be subtle differences between products. That's what makes them unique.
What if I don't like the product I have received?

We understand that, at times, things aren't what you were expecting. We stand behind all our products and are confident they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products purchased directly from Sebastian Leather, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
